We believe in complete customer satisfaction. This is reflected in our 30-day satisfaction guaranteed return policy.

If you are unsatisfied with the product, you may contact us within 30 days from the shipped date and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and then return the unused portion of the product to us and you will not be responsible for paying for the product. Please note that S&H charge is nonrefundable:

The easiest way to obtain an RMA number is to call our customer service at (800) 718-9682 or request it via email agelesswoman@mfpsinc.com When doing so, please provide your name, address, phone number and order number. Once you have your RMA you will have 14 days to complete your return.

Please note:
Returns must be received by us within 14 days of the issuance of your RMA number
* We cannot process or refund packages marked "Return to Sender."
* Refunds will be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged.
* To ensure prompt processing, please send returns to the address provided along with your RMA number.
Our warehouse personnel are not allowed to accept packages without an RMA number. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

For all orders that are not the original free trial order, product must be returned unopened and in original condition for refund.

How long will it take to process returns?
After the warehouse receives your return, it generally takes 2 business days to process your refund.

Please keep in mind that your bank typically posts credit in the billing cycle in which it was received. Therefore, the number of days it takes for credit to post to your account may vary, depending on your bank's billing and credit schedule.

What do I do if I receive a damaged product?
Product(s) damaged during shipping will be replaced at no charge. Save the package and all contents, and contact our Customer Service at (800) 718-9682 to request an RMA number and for further instructions.

What if shipping and delivery errors occurred with my order?
Should you experience any problems with your order, please contact our Customer Service Support at (800) 718-9682 immediately, so that we may correct it in a timely matter.
